Resolution - NYSLRS Standard Workday and Record of Activity for Elected Officials

RESOLUTION STANDARD WORK DAY ANDRECORD OF ACTIVITY

FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS

On motion of Nardi, seconded by Jaffee, the following resolution was adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Rye, County of Westchester, New York.

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Rye, hereby establishes a six (6) hour day as the standard workday for the Elected Town Council Members and Judges for determining days worked reportable to the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System;

BEIT RESOLVED, that the Town Board also adopts the record of activity results for the average day worked per month as follows:
