Ingredient List:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup dried cherries or golden raisins
1 pound powdered (10x) sugar
1 cup unsweetened (dutch process) cocoa
2 pounds granulated sugar
1/2 pound ( 8 ounces) unsweetened shredded coconut
1 pound almond flour
36 whole almonds with skins on
1 dozen large eggs (large is the size you need)
vanilla extract
ground cardamom or ground cinnamon
potato starch
rosewater or orange blossom water ( if you can find them easily)

3 to 5 small to medium mixing bowls
Wire whisk
sifter or strainer
measuring cups
3-4 cookie sheets
parchment paper
small ice cream scoop of you have, otherwise 2 teaspoons will do
