The Town Clerk is the registrar for deaths that occur only in the Village of Rye Brook. Death Certificates can only be given to immediate family members or an attorney representing the estate of the deceased. The death record request form can be found on the right side of the Town Clerk webpage. The fee is ten dollars ($10.00) per copy. If the death occurred in the Village of Port Chester, the death record can be obtained at the Village Clerk's office located at 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, NY.
