CAI Technologies is the Town's tax map maintenance company and their site has the most recent tax map information.
Parcels can be searched by owner, address or parcel ID (section/block/lot):
After typing part of the address into the search bar and clicking the [Find Address] button, you will see the tax map for the specific parcel:
Other map layers are available. Some of the other maps include contour, community facilities, FEMA (flood), sewer, school, water district, fire district, and more.
To confirm what school district a parcel is located in, it is recommended to call the school district to confirm (school districts are listed on the Our Jurisdictions page).
Flood maps may also be searched on FEMA website: https://msc.fema.gov/portal

Westchester County's Tax Parcel Viewer also allows you to view tax parcels and owner information. Users can identify local parcel data by address, print key (a/k/a section/block/lot), or owner name (if available). Users can also print maps, export a query result, and generate mailing labels needed for abutter notices.
Please refer to your Village Building Department for the radius search criteria and instructions.
Once the appropriate abutting properties have been identified, you MUST cross check most recent assessment roll and/or on the SDG Imagemate Online property data search for the current owner and their mailing address, which may be different from the property address.
Please note that there are radius/abutter search tools on our CAI tax map website and the Westchester County GIS Department's Municipal Tax Parcel Viewer, noted above. Please refer to the specific websites for instructions. Both websites allow you to print mailing labels of the parcels identified in the radius/abutter search.

Depending on the browser you are using, you normally can search a .pdf document by clicking [Edit] and [Find]. In the find box type in part of an owner name (last name only is recommended) OR part of an address (street number plus first 4+ letters of street name).
The more information you put in the find box, the more restrictive the search, the less likely you will find what you are looking for. Do not include street, drive, circle, place, etc. in the street name.
